Description
Blinded is a feature film set in a post-apocalyptic world. A futuristic metropolis of anthropomorphic animals called CITY 01, the last bastion of humanity.
MISTU is an experienced paramilitary who lives in the High Plants and is assigned a new duty: evicting people from the Low Plants. However, having grown up in an orphanage, MISTU does not feel content amongst the luxuries and frivolity of this social class and has rebellious behaviors that occasionally manifest themselves violently.
